terms and conditions

The following conditions presented define the main information regarding the items sold, the order,

payment and shipping.

We are a family owned and operated business.

By placing an order at ramos you are agreeing and accepting the general conditions described.

articles |

All parts are formed manually, without casts.

For this reason, it is likely and natural that there are small differences between the photographs that illustrate the product and the piece received, as well as between pieces in the same series.

These differences result from artisanal work and make each item unique.

order |

All the pieces presented in the store (website) are available.

Since ramos produce on a small scale, there may be times when

certain items are flagged as sold out until they are produced

and made available again.

There may also be limited edition collections that will not be made available again.

packaging |

All materials used in packaging and shipping are made in Portugal and  environmentally friendly, recyclable and free of plastics.  

payment |

Payment methods accepted at the store (website) are credit card, bank transfer and mbway.


For payments by bank transfer or mbway, send an email to hello@ramosceramica.com with your proof of transfer.

shipments |

All orders will be processed within 2-6 business days.

We are a family owned and operated business.

The order can be picked up at our atelier in Lisbon, subject to prior booking via email hello@ramosceramica.com .


National and international shipments are sent by registered post, by mail (you can see here the different tariff rates).


The shipping cost for national territory varies between 4 € and 7 €,

depending on the weight of the piece.

For shipments to international territory, this value varies between 8 € and 18 €, depending on the weight of the piece. International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs taxes.

Ramos is not aware of fees and taxes, which vary from country to country and, as such, is not responsible for their payment.


If for some reason the recipient refuses to deliver the order or does not pick it up within the required time, the shipping costs or fees associated with delivery will be charged to the customer.

The new shipment may be made upon a new payment of shipping costs.

Regarding the delivery time, shipments made to the national territory usually take 1 business day to reach the destination. For international territory, they take between 3-5 working days.


Ramos is not responsible for delays by the shipping company.
