ramos accepts the return of items in mint condition, up to 14 days after the order is received.

 

To proceed with the return the client must send us an email to hello@ramosceramica.com, where it must be specified the reason for the return, the order number and the reference of the item that’s being returned.

The return of damaged and/or broken items, when verified the brand is not liable, will not be accepted.

​

The items must be returned inside their original packaging, accompanied by the cards and flowers received. The client should only ship the returned items back to us after a written confirmation from our team at ramos. The shippment costs are covered by the client.

​

There’s also the option of returning the purchased items at our studio in Lisbon, depending on an appointment schedule through our email hello@ramosceramica.com.

We accept the exchange of items, if and when the returned item is in mint condition, up to 14 days after the order is received.

It’s possible to exchange the purchased item for an item of equal or superior value.

In case of being of superior value, the client must pay the difference using the means provided by our team.

To proceed with the exchange the client must send an email to hello@ramosceramica.com, where it must be specified the reason for the exchange, the order number, the reference of the item that’s being returned and the new item that’s being acquired.

The items must be returned inside their original packaging, accompanied by the cards and flowers received. The client should only ship the returned items back to us after a written confirmation from our team at ramos.

The new items will be shipped in 1 to 14 days, after confirming the payment (when necessary) and after receiving the returned item.

There’s also the option of returning the purchased items at our studio in Lisbon, depending on an appointment schedule through our email hello@ramosceramica.com.

It is our commitment to be as quick as possible to refund our clients.

This will be done in the same payment method used in the original purchase and, after receiving the returned item, in 1 to 14 business days.

​

Shipping costs will be covered and paid by the client.

​

Ramos will not be responsible for misplaced returned items.

In case you verify the item has damages inflicted by the shipping process, please send us an email to hello@ramosceramica.com, up to 14 days after receiving the order, with pictures of the packaging and the item.
